We’ve deployed an advanced 3D vehicle configurator for INEOS Automotive, transforming their complete online and offline customer journey. This interactive platform empowers customers to personalize their Grenadier 4×4, selecting from various models and features, and visualizing their bespoke off-road vehicle in real-time, high-resolution environments. The solution leverages an immersive experience platform, utilising Unreal Engine for dynamic rendering and Microsoft Azure for efficient product visualisation. This “Image-on-Demand” service delivers realistic visuals without pre-rendering, directly linked to INEOS’s SAP data. The configurator’s launch resulted in record-breaking website traffic and vehicle reservations, showcasing its impact. This highlights our expertise in driving digital transformation within the automotive industry, online, offline – multichannel.

Global CRM for Marketing, Sales and AFTERSALES
Navigating a complex, global landscape, we addressed the challenge of unifying customer management processes for an international OEM. The situation demanded agility, with a dynamic environment requiring constant process adjustments, extensive integration with diverse external vendors, and varying market-specific requirements. A multinational project team, incorporating significant offshore development, further underscored the complexity. Leveraging our expertise in standardized global end-to-end business processes, coupled with our deep knowledge of SAP CRM technology and integration, we implemented a robust solution. Our approach encompassed a structured rollout methodology for a global CRM business model template, meticulous process design and optimization, and specialized expertise in emerging areas such as Connected Car, Fleet Management, and Aftersales Marketing, with a strong focus on data quality and dealer connectivity. The result was the successful introduction of unified global CRM processes, providing a comprehensive 360-degree view of prospects, customers, and vehicles throughout their lifecycle. We achieved optimized interaction between the OEM, National Sales Companies (NSCs), and the dealer network, while establishing a foundation for continuous business process development.
